MUMBAI: Motilal Oswal, Chairman & MD, Motilal Oswal Securities (MoST) while reacting to the FIR filed against the brokerage by ICICI Bank, said: "We do not have a copy of the FIR. We have a strong relationship with ICICI Bank and are positive on it as a stock."

"We have many sub-brokers in the Coimbatore area but we do not know who the sub-broker is. ICICI Bank should have consulted us before filing the FIR," he added.
